Both male and female trainers are available to meet at your needs. A+ Trainers will bring the gym to you! You choose the location such as your work place gym facility, your condominium or apartment gym, in the home, track, local park or school, running trail, or perhaps the beach. All A+ trainers have either a degree in Exercise Science or a certification through a nationally recognized certification agency such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). All A+ Trainers have passed the A+ written and practical exams.
